Regarding RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

We are a Conservative-Ethics*  based school organization.

Religious liberty is an essential mark of any free Nation, a Gift of God and not man’s, and aligns with the theological principle that God alone, and not any human institution or government, is Lord of each human’s conscience. (Daniel 3:28-29), ( Daniel 5:20-21).

As a Judeo-Christian based institution, Hawai’i On Line University recognizes that governments have been allowed to exist, and put there by God (Romans 13:1) and that the state merits the relative respect of its citizens.  Otherwise, “Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which is from God. The authorities that exist have been appointed by God.” Resistance to the state is only appropriate when the state requires disobedience to the commands of God. Acts 5:29 and  Daniel 3:16-18.

Our school is open to people of all walks of life and we have a code of ethics that we follow that allows for such harmony.

We are commanded and bound to love all humans regardless of their world views. However, we are told NOT to accept unprincipled Bible practices or values. We must be separate from the world.  1 John 2:15-17 states that this secular system is, for the most part, opposed to God, so loving it is incompatible with loving God.  Notice that “the things of the world” are not  people, but rather values.

Therefore, while we have principled love  for all, regardless of their world view, we hold fast to the biblical view on all matters, and reject efforts of spurious “legal”, or biblically illegal organizations whose effort are and aim to manipulate traditional Judeo-Christian principles and any other matters and who are prying, and influencing the secular governments all over the world.

Some organizations are erroneously focused, and surreptitiously work arduously to modify the World’s view on matter of gender, contrary to that which is strictly found in the Bible, God”s Word. The Bible’s and Modern Day view of Marriage.

As an ethics-organization based on Christian values, we are commanded to love our neighbor as ourselves. For, we are all imperfect and have fallen of God’s glory (Romans 3:23).  However, anti biblical, legalistic and propagandistic efforts to oppose and disregard the bible’s view of marriage is considered an attack to the standards by which we function, and an attack to our RELIGIOUS LIBERTY.
