As, by payment of this Registration Fee you are paying us as consultants, for having examined your qualifications as a possible candidate or potential student of one of the programs that Hawaii On Line University Bible College offers.

You agree that this is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee and it applies whether you qualify or do not qualify as a candidate for any of our programs.
