Hawaii on Line University (HawaiiOnLineUniversity.org) IS NOT ACCREDITED

BY AN ACCREDITING AGENCY

RECOGNIZED BY THE UNITED STATES

SECRETARY OF EDUCATION.

Hawaii On-Line University is registered under a legal and responsible corporation name (Computer Integrations, Inc.) registered with the State of Hawaii in order to conduct business activities in the State of Hawaii and in the entire USA.

We follow closely the policies and suggestions by accrediting commissions such as  “WASC Senior College and University Commission.” This includes the credit granting policies and credit hour definition as suggested by WASC, even though  we are not presently accredited by any commission in  the U.SA.

We have “A proctoring system in place to ensure students enrolled in the school are the ones completing the coursework and exams.” (See proctoring process).

“In the United States, many licensing authorities require accredited degrees as the basis for eligibility for licensing.  In some cases, accredited colleges may not accept for transfer courses and degrees completed at unaccredited colleges, and some employers may require an accredited degree as a basis for eligibility for employment.”

 ”  (b)  Where promotional material for an unaccredited institution consists of an advertisement in a periodical published by a person or entity that is not affiliated with the unaccredited institution, the disclosure required in subsection (a) may be abbreviated to state as follows: NOT ACCREDITED BY AN AGENCY RECOGNIZED BY THE U.S. SECRETARY OF EDUCATION.  The disclosure required under this subsection shall be made in a type size as large or larger than any other text in the advertisement.”

“(c)Every unaccredited institution subject to this chapter shall keep true and accurate records of student enrollment, courses, fees, and matriculation rates. These records shall be retained for five years. Upon demand, these records, and any other information requested or subpoenaed by the director, shall be made available to the director. [L 1979, c 135, pt of §2; am L 1990, c 226, §2; am L 1999, c 171, §3; am L 2001, c 22, §1]”

“No unaccredited institution shall issue degrees unless the institution has an office located in Hawaii, at least one employee who resides in Hawaii, and at least twenty-five enrolled students in Hawaii, in each academic year of its operation for the purpose of performing course requirements that are part of the students’ educational curriculum.”

”  (e)  No unaccredited institution that operates in or from the State or has a presence in this State shall accept or receive any tuition payment or other fee from or on behalf of a student unless the institution complies with all of the requirements of this chapter.” https://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol10_Ch0436-0474/HRS0446E/HRS_0446E-0005.htm. State of Hawaii Hawaii Post-secondary Education Authorization Program

State of Hawaii
Hawaii Post-secondary Education Authorization Program Exempt Schools

What types of schools are exempt?

“Schools that offer courses exclusively through online and distance education.”

Will I be able to transfer my credits earned to another school?

“Be aware that transferring credits may not always be seamless. Credits and course work earned from
one school may not have a comparative or equable credit or program in the same state or even
anywhere at all. Look through a course equivalency guide to see if the school’s offerings transfer to
other schools. If you are looking to transfer to a new school check with prospective schools what credits
you will be able to transfer beforehand so you do not end up in a situation where previous work

We are a Legitimate Educational Institution

Please note the “Diploma Mills” typically charge a flat fee for each degree, whereas legitimate schools will charge by credit/class per semester”. Hawaii On Line University charges by the credit / class for each semester. There are two, four, eight, or more semesters for each of our programs.

“Legitimate school at most may award some credits for life experience, never for an entire degree.”
Hawaii On Line University only awards a limited number of credit hours for your life experience as stipulated by the “WASC Senior College and University Commission.”

Finally, “Lack of accreditation may not necessarily mean it is a diploma mill, as some decide not to pursue accreditation for particular reasons, but checking to see if the institution is properly accredited (as explained in the previous section) will greatly help in avoiding unscrupulous schools.” https://cca.hawaii.gov/hpeap/files/2017/07/HPEAP-guide.pdf

Institutional Academic Freedom on Accreditation

“Is your University accredited by any USA institution”?

Presently, the answer Is NO !

We are told that we need to function a few years before we can be considered for accreditation. The reason is the need to see our educational commitment and resources are being carried with responsibility and seriousness.

Hawaii On Line University’s strategic mission- and related reasons, include academic freedom and our commitment to non-evolutionary teachings and scientifically convinced determination to teach only proven facts (ICR.ORG, 2011)

  • We will continue to use its extremely and very limited resources, and all its available academic freedoms to stand loyal to its commitment to science, the truth about Origins, as those truths are self evident and should be authoritatively taught in all science courses.

Our parent foundation has been legally conducting business in Hawaii since 2001 under Computer Integrations, Inc.  We comply with every law the State of Hawaii requires of us as a business entity.

Our educational structure and content is equal, if not better than any other accredited universities in the world. We are an exemplary educational institution, just as in Galileo’s time, that is ahead of its time and “ahead of the curve”.

What will you accomplish ?

Any and all courses taken here at your University will train you and teach you how to work pragmatically and perform in the “working” world.

Your knowledge of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Calculus, Biology, Marine Sciences, Astronomy, Genetics, Paleontology, Forensics, etc. will be superior to those taught in other scientific institutions of “higher learning”. Why ? Because we teach you scientific facts, truth and pragmatism. We exclude, non-factual, non-proven and other theoretical science whose foundation rests entirely on theoretical non-proven extrapolations. (Kramer, K.G., 2018).

The entire world knows this and they will support your practically acquired knowledge of Science.

Your research, whether it be Chemistry, Physics, Genetics, Genetics, Mathematics or any other scientific field will be ahead of its time (Kramer, K.G., 2018).

What employer would not want to hire pragmatically-oriented, ethically-trained, scientists, engineers, doctors and nurses who are trained to maintain the ethics and relevance of life based on true science ?

We are modeling our institutional academic freedom tenet on accreditation based on the above legal references modeled by the academic institution, ICR.org.

Who is Dr. Kramer?

“Dr. Kramer is a research scientist with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. He holds a B.S. (Hons) from the University of Manitoba, an M.S. in biochemistry from the University of Manitoba, a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Minnesota and completed three years of post-doctoral studies as a Hormel fellow at the Hormel Institute and as an NRC fellow at the University of Ottawa. Dr. Kramer has identified, characterized and synthesized the structure of numerous food, bacterial, and biological components and has published 128 refereed papers and numerous abstracts and book chapters. He was one of the core scientists who evaluated the toxicological, nutritional and biochemical properties of canola oil and demonstrated its safety. He presently serves as associate editor of the scientific journal LIPIDS.”

Dr. Kramer proved that medical and genetics research based on Creation rather than on “evolution” produced the desired and beneficial results for human medicine. “Evolutionist” based medicine research , Dr. Kramer proved, is totally counterproductive to true medicine, and he stated that the majority of medical researchers are indeed basing all of their medical research on Creation based tenets and principles rather that on the speculative, ill-founded “evolutionary” beliefs.

What is Accreditation ?

“An unaccredited institution is not necessarily substandard or bogus (though, to be sure, there are plenty of both in every sector of higher education – including Bible colleges and theological seminaries). There are indeed worthy and worthwhile institutions which have for one reason or another chosen not to seek accreditation. “ https://www.abhe.org/accreditation/faqs/

  • Has ascertainable goals deriving from the purpose;
  • Has resources (students, faculty, learning resources, facilities, technology, finances) adequate to assure that goals may continue to be achieved;
  • Employs processes which ensure integrity and efficiency;
